Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for treatments. Instead, a credit will be applied to the client’s file to use on other treatments. In addition, we do not issue refunds on products if the product has been opened.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 business hours’ notice for cancellations. This means to cancel a Monday appointment, you would have to cancel on Friday, since we do not work most weekends.

Cancelling within 24 business hours results in a 50 per cent charge of the service. Not showing up to an appointment results in a 100 per cent charge of the service.

We require all clients to put a credit card on their file to book an appointment. We do not charge the credit card if you cancel before the 24 hours.
